2014 Led Zeppelin Reunion Tour in the Works?

Plant has “nothing to do” in 2014

Could Zeppelin Tour in 2014?

Legendary rock singer Robert Plant has recently hinted at the fact that he would be very interested in touring with his old pals Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones.  It’s been quite some time since Led Zeppelin has performed together, over five years in fact.  The three original members along with Jason Bonham, who replaced his deceased father John, last performed in London in 2007.

Led Zeppelin fans have been eagerly awaiting a reunion tour since 1980.  Many rumors have surfaced over the years but unfortunately nothing has materialized.  Now it seems that Plant has become increasingly more interested in a Led Zeppelin reunion tour.  Fans recall that Led Zeppelin was recently honored at the Kennedy Center in December by President Obama.  Viewers were treated to tribute performances from Lenny Kravitz, Foo Fighters, Heart, and Kid Rock.

If a Led Zeppelin reunion tour were to happen, it would be undoubtedly be one of the biggest in recent memory.  Other huge bands like The Rolling Stones and U2 have toured over the past few years and their fans turned out in record numbers.
